About SyncUP KIDS
The SyncUP KIDS Watch and SyncUP KIDS App are the perfect combination to help parents stay connected and close to their kids, even when apart. The SyncUP KIDS App allows Parents/Guardians to invite family to share their phone locations, send and receive SOS alerts, and connect SyncUP KIDS Watches to be aware of their location, add parent-approved contacts, and assign tasks.

You asked for a Satellite map, and we added it! That’s not all. We’ve improved app notifications, refreshed in-app tutorials, and made updating the Admin contact information easier, alongside several bug fixes.

- Contacts management. Now you can select a phone number when adding a contact with multiple phone numbers from a contact book.
- Virtual Boundaries. Locate a child on the map and create a virtual boundary around the child’s location without the need to know the exact address.
- Alarms. Add a name to your alarms to know exactly what each of the alarms is for. In this release the alarm names will only be visible in the app, and not on the watch.
- Steps. Check out the new look and feel of the steps counter, daily goal, and daily progress, as well as improved experience with setting up a daily goal.

It’s Scheduled School Mode! - You asked for it, and we heard you loud and clear. Scheduled School Mode gives you the ability to schedule automatic enabling and disabling of School Mode for focus times for your child.
Admins will be able to create, update, and delete the schedule. They will also be able to schedule one-time and/or recurring School modes. Currently, it will be available only to Admins. We will have it available for the Guardians in an upcoming release.
We made the Watch pairing instructions simpler and made general UX improvements.
Last but not the least, there are Bugs fixes and performance improvements, including a known issue from the previous update: Admin contact phone number country code is defaulted to “+1” and cannot be manually updated.
We will continue to deliver updates to improve the experience for you and your family!
