About SystmOne eObs
SystmOne eObs gives you as a clinician, easier access to your patient's medical data, allowing you to manage their healthcare more effectively.
Through the SystmOne eObs app you are able to record a patient's observations, view the history of a patient's observations, and amend a patient's scheduled observations. If you are unable to use any of these features it will be because your organisation has not yet made them available to you.
Note: In order to use this app, you must have a username and password given to you by your organisation. If you require assistance using the app, please contact your organisation.

The demographics box has been streamlined on several screens. By default the demographics box will display the patient's Name and NHS Number/Hospital Number and can be expanded to show full demographic details. The full demographics box will still always be displayed on the Patient Overview and Obs Chart screens.
You will be able to tap on entries on the obs chart to view the journal entry for that set of observations.

- Removed password conflict process. If a user's password has changed, they will be able to log in with their new password without having to also enter their previous password. Settings that the user has previously selected will now persist following a password change.

- Added functionality for viewing Scheduled Obs Exceptions in the app, which are recorded via the SystmOne desktop client
- Labour outcomes will display on obs charts for scoring groups used in maternity, this is configured in the SystmOne desktop client.
- Validation will be displayed when performing scheduled obs that have an associated age restriction
- Multiple scheduled obs can be set to display on the Ward View
- Added a date range filter to the obs chart
- The BP details dialog is now available to use in data entry templates on the app
- Escalation tasks will now be sent to teams instead of user groups
