About T4S HOST
TEXT4SERVICE is an on-demand ordering platform that enables customers to order and pay in seat from their phone with no app required. They can text a keyword or scan a QR code to access a menu from the comfort of their seat.
As part of the TEXT4SERVICE platform, the TEXT4SERVICE HOST app receives and displays the orders along with location information, so staff knows exactly where to deliver the order when it's ready. Orders are color-coded based on preset goal times so staff has quick visibility of order times.
