About Taiwan HRS 中華民國心律醫學會

隨著人口的老化，心律不整的病患與疾病的複雜度與日俱增，對心律不整治療專業需求也日益加重。近年來，台灣在心律不整的治療與學術研究上有著卓越的進展。在前輩們的苦心經營之下，成就了許多心臟電生理的專家與新血。更積極地在心律不整領域，專研學術與臨床服務，台灣的心律不整學術方能在國際舞台上持續佔有重要的地位。有鑑於美國、歐洲、日本、中國、韓國等國家，皆有心律不整醫學會的成立，積極推動相關活動以提昇其治療及研究水準。台灣心律不整學術會也討論過成立「中華民國心律醫學會」（Taiwan Heart Rhythm Society，THRS）的必要性。因此在中華民國心臟醫學會電生理暨節律器委員會中經委員及秘書長討論，並惠知中華民國心臟醫學會理事長之後，籌畫成立「中華民國心律醫學會」（Taiwan Heart Rhythm Society，THRS）。希望藉由此醫學會的成立，整合各方資源及前輩的智慧，更進一步地提升學術、教學及臨床的照護品質。
