About TapDistance

This app is targeted for runners and cyclists to get an audible readout of their distance traveled without having to stop and look at their phone. The user taps the screen and it will speak their current distance. There are settings that allow the user to switch from running/walking to cycling and change the distance unit of measure from miles to kilometers.

It is especially useful for those who have armbands or hipbands for their iPhones as they do not have to break pace to get their audible readout.

The app uses HealthKit and reads data from the Health app.
