About Team Builder - Generate Teams

Everyone knows the problem. How do I select the teams for the final match today? This requires a division of the participants into different groups. This is precisely the problem. If two chosen players choose the teams, the psychological would be bad for the less powerful players. These are usually chosen as the last one and seen as "very weak". There are always the same teams, the strong ones against the weak. As a result, many things can be lost, e.g. Joy, fairness and group communion.

What can you do in this case?

Quite simply: Use the Team Builder app to ensure that the groups can be put together again and again. The best way to do this is to generate randomly two teams with the Team Builder application. The advantage of this method is that when a person chooses, no one can be angry or feel disadvantaged afterwards.
