About Teleon HIPAA Compliant Texting
Teleon is a HIPAA-compliant texting and telehealth application that helps healthcare providers communicate with staff, patients and their families in simple and efficient ways. Teleon also supports providers in delivering remote video or audio sessions and ensuring patients receive timely access to care.

- Flexible message search using dates, topics, patient names, or other criteria
- Simple adding/removal of users from conversation threads as teams change

- Organization/staff directory with click-to-call and click-to-message features
- Separate directory for external partners
