Patient Family Communication
- Users can now message patients and family in the Inpatients list. Note: Requires Patient Family Communication to be enabled.
- Appointment List can now be filtered by date.
- Users and Patients can now enter a pre-video visit lobby to adjust their settings
- Attachments can be rendered and viewed in a chat

Bugs
- Fixed an issue with the message indicator now showing if too many messages exist in a thread
- Fixed an issue with deep linking in news posts
- Fixed a visual issue with password entry

This release introduces a suite of Patient and Family Communication Features (Perfectserve PFC). Users will not see these features unless their organization purchases and implements the PFC module in Telmediq. This module allows for automatic messaging, such as appointment reminders, as well as user-to-patient and user-to-family secure conversations, notification templates, and video calls.

Other updates include:
Login email bug – fixed a bug where, with some settings, the email field at login would be pushed off the edge of the screen.

Fixed a scenario where the Transfer Call button was missing when the user received a VoIP call.

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Fix issue where Care Team list in Patient screen was not refreshing after joining or leaving the Care Team.

Fixed an issue that could display the wrong read receipts in forwarded threads.

Fixed an issue that could cause a patient list search to not be filtered

1. Patient Filters - Patient searches can now have filters set and saved to help focus the patient list to the current needed scope.
2. Changed compose to defocus the recipients field if the compose was launched with a recipient provided. E.g.: when choosing "Message" from directory.
3. Changed the wording in from "Update Password" to "Change Password.
4. Added a Forgot Password option to the "Change Password" screen..
5. Added network unavailable messaging to the login screen.
6. Added network unavailable messaging to the lock screen.
7. Added an error message to indicate a group has no members if you try and send a message to a group with no members.
8. Improved errors that are displayed when trying to send a message.
9. Fixed an issue where audio could be delayed in starting at the beginning of a call.
10. Fixed an issue where assuming a role would change whether a user should set auto logout but the app had not updated the user profile yet.
11. Fixed an issue where not having permission to view a schedule could result in a crash.
12. Fixed an issue where some iPads would not allow selecting the front facing camera during message compose.

Telmediq hot-fix version 3.18.10 in the week of Feb 3rd

This will be a phased release, so not all users will update immediately. If a user is affected by this issue, they can update immediately by selecting Update in the app store.

Fixes an issue that prevents some deep links from launching if the app has completely left memory.

iOS Release 3.18.7 - Week of November 4th
Highlights from this release:

- The app will now halt logging in if an error occurs with registering for VoIP. This will offer the option to retry, or skip without VoIP. This should resolve the issue of the log in appearing to complete successfully when in a state where VoIP calls cannot reliably be received.

- Network degradation testing is no longer as aggressive. This should reduce issues of the network banner popping up when not needed.

iOS app release 3.18.0 contains new features, various bug-fixes, and performance improvements.

Important highlights from this release:
- Barcode Access Cards - This feature allows bar code (and QR code) access cards to be read by the app using the camera. This works much like NFC based access cards currently do for shift based users.
- Take Shift can now be performed without being a member of the group if the group is set to allow this.
- Fixed an issue which could cause typing text during message compose to readjust the scroll position.
- Fixed an issue on apple watch app where using a quick response could remove the back button to return to the message list.

iOS Release 3.17.0 - Week of June 1st
iOS app release 3.17.0 contains new features, various bug-fixes, and performance improvements.

Details of this release
1. Call Transfer - This is a new mobile option to transfer ongoing calls. On the in-call screen the option now appears to transfer the call. The user can then choose a target from the directory or dial a number.
2. Timed Logout - When enabled, shift users can now schedule a logout time when they log in. The user will automatically be logged out at that time.
3. Schedule End for Auto Response and Auto Forwarding - This feature allows users to schedule the time when their Auto Response or Auto Forward should disable.
4. Saving Directory Filters - This feature allows users to choose filter options and save commonly used filters under a preset with a custom name, this custom filter preset can they stay applied every time you perform subsequent searches.
5. Full Directory Filter options on the compose flow - The options to search and filter the directory are now present from the compose message screen, providing the same capabilities as it does from the directory tab.
6. Improved the visual look of System Messages in threads.
7. Improved the layout of top menu bar while in a chat thread to make functions cleaner and clearer.
8. Improved the reliability of the app to respond to inbound VoIP calls when the operating system has suspended the app from memory.
9. Fix for an issue where Take Shift option could fail to appear or fail to function on some devices.
10. Fix for an issue where the online status of users would not update correctly on the thread participants list.
