We added a new feature called "Find Nearest Assets". This feature allows you to see which vehicles/equipment are nearest you, nearest a specified address, nearest another Asset, or nearest a specified Location. The app will list each Asset and how far away the unit is....and from there you can request turn-by-turn directions using your favorite phone mapping app. To use this new feature, from the Home screen, go to Map, then tap the new "Find Nearest Assets" icon.
We've added a new component to our Maintenance Module called Vehicle Inspections. The Vehicle Inspections feature allows operators the ability to inspect a vehicle or piece of equipment prior to use in order to verify the safety and integrity of that vehicle. No more paper inspection forms! These inspections are collected electronically from the field and stored immediately in your Temeda account. Temeda Vehicle Inspections are DOT compliant and were created to be flexible for your fleet. Operators in the field can use the app to conduct the inspection, as well as take and upload photos or documents of potential safety concerns or other issues. Field Inspectors can use the phone's speak to text feature to easily add comments. Fleet operations can assess the inspections in real-time, and take appropriate action for vehicles with failed or warning inspections. Fleet managers and Service techs can verify that corrective actions were taken for Assets with failed inspections.
We've made some improvements in performance to display images and data faster. We've added a slider to show/hide Asset Details so you get a better view showing more of your Assets on the screen. And finally, we fixed a bug with displaying video from multiple camera channels on Assets equipped with SmartWitness on-board cameras.
We've added a new feature that allows you to view live or recorded video for up to 10 on-board cameras. Also, you can now request up to 10 minutes of video footage from our SmartWitness cameras.
We made it easier to search for your Assets on the map and we fixed a bug in the new Timesheet feature.
We've added the ability for Administrators to Add, Edit and Delete: Groups, Projects, Locations and Zones. We've also updated the Map user experience so that the horizontal slider supports more than 50 Assets. And finally, we've added a new feature called Timesheets - to help you keep track of your daily job activities and summarize them each week into Timesheets.
We now show an overlay of your Location geo-fences on the map in the Asset History screen so that you can see which locations an asset has entered or exited when viewing the driving history of an Asset. We also fixed a bug when calling a Driver directly from the app.
We've added Documents to Assets and Maintenance Logs. Documents allows you to upload any number of files, documents, pdfs, or photos - and associate those documents to an Asset or Maintenance Log. Simply select documents/photos from your phone or the cloud - and add them directly to the new Documents tabs. Users can then view Asset Documents in the Asset Detail, or Maintenance Documents in the Maintenance Logs.
We've added tighter security around Assets for Admins and Restricted Admins that belong to lower level hierarchies and are not at the top Account level. This ensures that your Asset information remains intact throughout your organization and user base.
We fixed a bug that would not allow Users in lower level hierarchies to change the Serial # of an Asset.
We've added our "Live Look" feature for Assets with on-board cameras. Now you can view a live video stream of your Assets driving down the road, and can easily switch from dashboard camera to driver camera for units with multiple cameras. We've also added support for the new "Restricted Admin" user role. Restricted Admins that have been granted Asset access can now edit and delete Assets.
We've added Camera Events to the app! You can now view camera footage from your vehicles right on your smartphone. Play and save video from camera events such as Shock, Panic Button, and other User Requested Video events of vehicle accidents or driver behavior. Camera Events are available from the Main Menu for customers with on-board cameras. We've also made performance improvements on the Main Menu.
We've added Account Hierarchy settings when you add or edit an Asset and fixed a bug when logging in for SMB customers.
We made several performance improvements when viewing many assets.
In TeMeDa app 1.1.3 we've added 3 great new features:
1) You can now Log Maintenance from within the app. We've added a view to see the Service History for each Asset, and you can view the Total Cost of Maintenance for your fleet or for individual Assets.
2) We've added the ability to find Assets using our built-in barcode scanner on the Asset Search screen.
3) From the Locations menu, you can now see the Assets that are currently within the selected Location, and focus on any Asset using the Asset slider for that Location.
We've added the ability to scan the barcode on the GPS telematics device using the camera on your phone. This makes it easier to quickly add new Assets!
The TeMeDa smartphone app now supports login and usage by Temeda Dealers. The app can now be downloaded and installed on a tablet or iPad. We have also added the ability for your company Administrators to add, edit, or delete Assets - and you can upload a photo of the Asset right from your phone.
