About TennCare
The TennCare Connect app is for Tennesseans who have applied for or are receiving insurance through TennCare, CoverKids, and Medicare Savings Programs. From the convenience of your smartphone, you can access many of the self-service features of TennCare on the web.
Manage and view your cases anytime you want – right from your phone. You can use the TennCare Connect app to check the status of your case, review your health plan information, view your letters, or send us a photo of required documents. If eligible, you can update your contact information, household information, add/update pregnancy records, and add/update your assisting person. You can also add/update your household’s employment income, self-employment income, or other income (not from a job).
Our app works best with smartphones.

In this update, we’re introducing a new menu for easy navigation through the app. We also added quick links to the Case Dashboard so you can easily upload documents, view new letters, and review upcoming appeals hearings. You can view details about your health plan using the new Health Plan Details quick link. Our upgraded Case Dashboard allows you to easily view your account information, coverage details, and alerts about your case. You can find your case renewal date, individual coverage details, assisting person information, and more from our upgraded Case Details screen. In addition, our app now supports Face ID for a faster, more secure log in. This version also includes fixes made for several issues and overall usability improvements.
