This update includes bug fixes for iOS 14.

This update contains small bug fixes.

- Fixes a bug where the wallpaper info button would appear when a color or gradient would be selected as the current background.
- Fixes a bug where the app would not get info from Wikipedia about Erechtheion.

This update primarily fixes UI issues for 4-inch sized iPhones and includes small bug fixes.

• The Explore tab is renamed to Library to better fit the app context.
• Thallo Premium is now an one-time purchase for 4,99€. This price may differ from country to country. Current subscribers will be able to keep their premium features until their subscription expires.

Thallo 2.1.1 contains small bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where widget background would not change if set in the free version of the app.

• Fixed a bug where widget would display the daily quote in the wrong color in iOS 12.

Thallo 2.1 adds support for iOS 13 and dark mode.

This update also further improves the new UI introduced in version 2.0. As a result of this change, the Favorites tab has been redesigned, now showing your quotes organized by author.

In addition, new settings have been introduced in Settings>Customize where you can turn on or off the large titles and manually set light or dark mode.

Thallo 2.0 includes a new and refreshing UI design for a cleaner and minimal look. In addition, there’s a variety of new features, as well as changes and improvements everywhere in the app.

NEW FEATURES

• iMessage app - Send your quote of the day through the messages app.
• Backgrounds - In addition to wallpapers, select from a variety of colors and gradients.
• Fonts - Customize your font by selecting from diverse styles that make your quotes stand out.
• Gestures - Use customizable gestures instead of buttons for actions such as adding or removing a quote from favorites, sharing and more.

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS

• The annual subscription price is dropped to 7.99€.
• Added new quotes and topics.
• You can now change the app icon by using an alternative version.
• You can now view each quote’s original text in ancient Greek and its source.
• Thallo now only contains quotes whose existence can be verified by their original source, the ancient Greek literature. Consequently, some quotes had to be removed.
• There is a Theme menu in Settings where you can customize your background and font.
• There’s a new History menu in Settings when you can toggle History on or off.
• There’s a new Gestures menu where you can add or remove gestures, hide buttons and enable or disable Haptic Feedback (iPhone only).
• The General menu in Settings is now removed.
• The Daily Quote tab is renamed to Today.
• The Collections tab is renamed to Explore.
• New icons in the tab bar.

• The app icon is slightly updated.
• The Thallo Premium screen is redesigned.

The app had to be transferred to a new seller account in the App Store. As a result, I had to bring the app up-to-date internally with regards to the aforementioned change. This change does not affect users in any way. More information will be included in the next app update.
