The Hub, by ProMotion Fitness is a yoga, pilates, fitness, wellness community committed to full throttle, pain-free living. We teach well-being through the lens of yoga and ayurveda; addressing stress, trauma, pain, and chronic illness as the whole-being challenges that they are. As opportunities, not obstacles.
