# Dream Journal

The app includes a dream journal which can be protected by a password. Writing down your dreams will help you recalling them, it's the first step before lucid dreaming. That can also help inducing lucid dreaming by reading your own dreams and find some recurrent incoherent elements.


# Reality Check

A reality check is a technique used to induce lucid dreaming by wondering if you are dreaming or not. If you have enabled reality check in the app, you will receive notifications during the time slot you want with either random reality check messages or the specific message that you want. In this way, you will make the habit to check if you are dreaming or not. As you usually repeat your real life habits in your dreams, you will make reality checks while dreaming and so notice that you are in a dream.


# Dream Goals

Another feature of the app allows writing your dream goals. When you notice that you are dreaming, sometimes, you don't know what to do and then you lose your lucidity. By writing down some clear lucid dream goals and by keeping them in mind, it will not happen again.
