What's new:
> Each Sunday, your coordinator will need you to review 1-3 plays from the previous game.
> When reviewing a play, choose a key player for your coordinator to work with, earning that player a Play Bonus.
> Play Bonuses are skill rating bonuses applied to players when a specific play is run.
> Players can specialize by accumulating Play Bonuses throughout their entire career.
> Play Bonuses can be viewed in your player's details under the Bonuses tab.
> Play Bonus info will also be available when selecting plays for the week.
> Play Proficiency has been removed from the game.

We've expanded the league and are adding new conferences as well as a new mechanic for moving between conferences.
What's New:
> New Conference Journey feature at the start of each season composed of all conferences. Once you complete your current conference, you can move to any connected conference at your prestige or higher.
> Five new conferences at each prestige level with varied attributes for unique experiences within each conference.
> Choose your starting conferences when you start a new career.
Other Changes:
> Defensive play diagrams have been flipped by default so that play names matches position placement on the field. Diagrams can be flipped back in the settings tab.
> Bug fixes and performance improvements.
