The Home Screen provides you with the option of getting split paces for the Track or Road distances.
Track times are calculated as low as .02 hundredths of a second. Road times bring distance times to the full second.
After calculating your Road distance you now have all of the popular track training distances from 200m to 1600m plus the Mile to use for planning and training purposes.
To use, simply enter a distance and a time, press Done and then Calculate.
