Version 2.2 introduces a new Today dashboard that gives users a clearer daily command center for inbox items, due-today work, overdue tasks, and quick actions like Capture, Triage, and Brain Dump. It also adds new Timeline and Calendar planning views so users can see scheduled work across workflows and adjust due dates more easily.
This update also makes capture and organization faster. Quick Capture now does a better job understanding natural language, including due dates, priority, and assignees. There’s a stronger Inbox Triage flow for reviewing captured items, moving them into the right workflow and column, and handling duplicates. On iPhone, navigation is more structured with dedicated areas for Today, Inbox, Boards, and Plan, plus global search and a more focused mobile board experience.
There’s also a noticeable polish pass: improved voice brain dump review, better widget behavior, more responsive layouts across iPhone and iPad, an updated app icon, and general stability improvements.
