Reorder is the only button you will to have to click on this application to get your subscribed order home. You do this and you won’t have to deal with the vendor not taking your calls or his phone line being busy.
Track your order with our new 3/O (3 notifications per order) update strategy. With this, we make sure every customer is notified about their order at 3 crucial stages of the water delivery process. Now you’ll always know when you placed your order, when it is set out for delivery and when it is delivered.
New Order is where you can always place a new order upon requirement. You will never be restricted to just those orders which you usually ask for (Reorder). You can order from the wide range of various Brands and Quantities your vendor offers.
My Profile is where all details like the contact information is stored.
My Orders tab is where a customer can track all the previous orders and has the option to directly Reorder from any of those orders.
Track is an option for the customer to track an ongoing order and check the Total Dues they have from their previous orders.
Steps to remember:
To Reorder - Click Order Now on the Home screen, you will see your saved Regular Order, verify your Order and Address and click on Reorder.
To change Brand/ Regular Order - Click Order Now on the Home screen, click on the Change Order button, set your new location, select Brand, Quantity and the number of Units and click on the Order button. This new order can be saved as your Regular Order.
To change Address - Click Order Now on the Home screen, click on the Change Address button and save your new Address.
