We released a new app! Download Tide Cleaners (the one without DFW in the name) to get the latest version.

Hey friends! We updated the order flow to let you tell us the type of cleaning you want.

Three options:

- Returned on Hangers - For garments that needs to be dry cleaned or pressed (ironed).
- Returned Freshly Folded - For garments that you would like washed & folded, just like you would do at home.
- Both Ways – If you need a little of both, we’ll process your items with best care in mind.

You can now view, purchase, and track Wash & Fold subscription plans! Subscriptions are a great way to get the best pricing on Wash & Fold services. There are several plans so you can find the perfect fit for your price and laundry needs.

Version 1.8! We improved coupon validation language so its clear why some coupons don’t work.

Placing an order has never been easier. We’ve taken out the guess work and improved access to alterations and special services so you have even more opportunities for professional care and cleaning.

To place an order:

- Tap the plus button on your home screen to start a new order.
- No need to select an order type. We’re experts! We will process your items with best care in mind.
- Tap “Special Instructions” to advise us of attention and care items may need.
- Tap “Additional Services” to add an alteration or shoe cleaning.
- Tell us what locker you placed your order in.
- Hooray! You just did your laundry.

We squashed a couple of buggers and made some improvements to language to make the app more helpful. We hope that makes things a little better.

We’ve update the name of our app to reflect the greater Dallas / Fort Worth area that we service - celebrate the Metroplex. For those who like their jeans and their apps a little darker, dark mode is now available.

Enjoy improvements to your order information! We’ve improved how you see coupons on your order. Curious about the location you placed your order? Find location information, and see items grouped by cleaning types. Lastly, we’re now displaying your Cleaning Credits in your profile.

We are hard at work on more improvements soon to ship your way. We hope you enjoy these updates and that they help get you back to your life, not laundry.

We’ve made some updates to make getting clean laundry easier. We tweaked your laundry status cards to be more accurate (It feels good). We also updated some language around lockers that are available 24/7 in hopes to bring clarity about when you get your clothes (always). Lastly, we made it easier to change your default service location from your profile. Enjoy the updates, everybody.

Oh yeah, we're already making things better around here. This release improves your ability to find and select your private locker locations.

Our first update and you guessed it. Bug Fixes and Improvements! The biggest change is an update to the pricing table. It's more helpful now.
