Se elimina el almacenamiento de asuntos para ser usados en modo fuera de línea, solo se tendrán disponibles los asuntos usados recientemente por el usuario en la memoria del dispositivo. Se agrega imagen de loading mientras la aplicación hace la carga inicial de objectos desde el servidor. Arreglado el problema con la sincronización de tiempos borrados en el servidor.
