About TimeTec VMS
TimeTec VMS is a modern and smart visitor management system for business owners and building managers to maintain a systematic and organised visitor records. Some of the main features of TimeTec VMS includes Visitor Invitations, Visitor Check-In and Check-Out, Pre-register Visits and Visitor Blacklist. Replace the traditional visitor log book with the smart and secure TimeTec VMS.
VISITOR INVITATIONS
Invite your visitors straight from the app. Once the visitors have received their invitation, they can pre-register their visits and will receive QR code for check-in. With the QR code, visitors can skip the registration process and check-in instantly at the guard/reception area upon their arrival. Hassle-free and easy!

Check-in and out processes are easy with TimeTec VMS. Upon arriving at the premise, visitor can present the QR Code received from the host to the guard/receptionist for check-in. Guard/receptionist will verify the visitor registration and scan the QR Code to allow entry. In cases whereby a visitor hasn’t pre-register his visit, walk-in registration can be done at the guard/receptionist. TimeTec VMS will check every visit details to ensure only approved visitors are allowed entry into your premises.

Through TimeTec VMS, the staff/user can also pre-register their visits to another company that is using TimeTec VMS. Simply select the company they are visiting, enter the staff name and select the date and time. Request will be sent for approval and the status will be notified to the applicant immediately when the approval has been made.

Security is essential, thus this feature is designed to block unwanted visitors from entering the premises. The guard/receptionist and admin have the authority to blacklist user, preventing them from checking in or entering the premise. Safety guaranteed.

The Kone lift feature is now supporting multiple doors. Allowing users to apply the TimeTec VMS lift control feature in a building with multiple lift doors for the same lift. To use this feature, the admin just needs to enable it from the Kone lift settings page.

The app is now equipped with a feature to save visitors’ vaccination records. The system will automatically determine if the visitor is fully vaccinated based on the vaccine name and vaccination dates. Admin may now block a visitor from re-entering the premises for a certain period. The system will automatically unblock the visitor after the restriction period has ended.
2. Remember Past Visitors
While sending invitations via email, hosts do not need to re-enter the email address of the past visitors. Instead, the system will auto-suggest the email address of the recently invited visitor to ease the whole process.
