Completely new interface build with SwiftUI to replace the legacy interface

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.

New features added:

1) Added in a calculator to quickly sum up totals for bills that aren't already broken out by food, drink and tax. To access the calculator, double tap in the Food, Drink or Tax fields.
2) You no longer need to enter decimal places in the food, drink and tax fields, decimal place will be added as you type
3) Moved the quick tip icon to the bottom right of the screen, it is no longer next to the Original Total field
4) Added in a load screen

Added in an info button next to the Original Total field. If you use that button, it will open up a new sheet that will quickly calculate the tip and total amount owed for your bill for 10%, 15%, 18% and 20% tip amounts. This might be useful if you wanted to just enter a bill amount on the first screen and easily see what some common tips amounts would come out to.

NOTE: This new screen does not take into consideration any options selected on the main screen (i.e. rounding, amount of people, etc). It just takes the amounts that you entered on the first screen to do the calculation. You can just put the full bill amount in any of the amount fields on the main screen to use this new feature, or break out the amounts if you would like as well.

New Features:
1) Added a new slider for Drink percentage. This is defaulted to 20%, just like Food/Tax, but can be changed to allow a different percentage to tip for drinks.
2) Added the ability to round up or down the final bill amount to the closet dollar. If either of these options are selected, the final bill will be rounded and the tip amount will be adjusted accordingly.
3) Moved the tip switches to the top, right next to the Food, Drink and Tax fields. Turning any of these switches on will allow the tip to be calculated on those amounts.
