My Items. TRACE now provides a list of items you are eligible to receive and dates when you are eligible to reorder. No more guessing about your reorder date!
My Orders. Full transparency from start to finish. Now when placing an order, you will be able to customize which eligible items you’d like to receive. If you’re not eligible at that time, you will be informed of when that item can be reordered.
Timely Notifications. New notifications let you know when you have items available and it’s time to order. Never miss an order!
Ability to Update Your Account Details. TRACE now makes it easier for you to update key account information to expedite an order. You’ll see what we currently have listed in your patient record and allow you to update your address, prescribing physician information and/or insurance details.
