The view mode of training perfectly sums up all the exercises to be done in a day. To start the recovery time touch the exercise and immediately a loading bar will show how much time remains to start again. Another loading bar on the right shows how many series are remaining. Move the app to background or lock your device and a notification will alert you when the recovery time is over.
