TrainTrack is a customisable, digital, sports training diary.

Are you a budding athlete? Personal Trainer? Coach? Are you finding it difficult to monitor your own progress or keep track of someone else's?

Many athletes' success stories are based on organisation: a training dairy is absolutely integral to monitoring progress and finding out what training is taking you closer to your goals.

Whether you are wanting to increase general fitness, monitor clients or send data to coaches using data share, you can do it all using TrainTrack.

TrainTrack is fully customisable - add only the sports and activities you care about. Track your personal bests and by using a powerful search feature and visual graphs, you can track improvements that are specific to you and your training.

Please note that TrainTrack is free to download but use require an auto-renewable subscription that can be purchased inside the app. This subscription provides access to the main features of the app including the Session Bank (a regularly updated bank of suggested training sessions and exercises for popular sports). Both the features and content of the app are regularly updated. On expiry of a subscription, users will be able to view their data but not add to, edit or delete it.

There is a 1-month free trial available. After that, a 6-month subscription costs £2.49. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of £2.49 for a further 6-months. Your subscription may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
