Transformer Design Description
"Transformer Design" can help you analysis, adjustment, comparing all factors that affect to the output power and efficiency in high frequency TRF application. It only needs four steps, that balances the cost and efficiency just in few second.

1. Tap circuit topology, enter the I/O Voltage.
2. Choose the core type and core size.
3. Choose the core materials.
( ex: Fair-Rite, Hitachi, ENCORE, ACME, EPCOS, Ferroxcube, TDK, TSC, Magnetics, Neosid )
4. Modify the parameters, Check what the results that you want.

Save time can save money too !!! Still use the unfriendly user interface tools like "Excel" or "Numbers", try to find the answer in the numbers mystery, or bought the expensive simulation software, spend a lot of time read the documentation, building the application model, debug the error of programming and system, even used the functions less than 5% but still has to pay the same price for all.

If you are in the same situation, please download this App as soon as possible. All In-App-Purchase products are "Non-Consumable", that means our products can use forever but only has to pay once. What are you waiting for ???
Transformer Design 3.9 Update

1. Update the temperature factors for TSF materials from the TSC manufacturer, but excluding TSF 7070 and TSF 7099. Because there are only two temperature curves which is offered by TSC. We are so sorry about that.

1. Thanks Mr Harjinder Singh from India, he found the huge bugs in our App. Make our service better and better !!!
( When Vin and Vout are changed on first page, Report View update the UI only. We feel so sorry about this mistake.)

1. We all know that when B(mT) and f(KHz) are constant, the relationship between the core loss and temperature is like this "a + bT + cT^2 + dT^3" (T =℃). Actually, when fixed the temperature, the core loss is also function of the "B(mT)" and "f(KHz)". So basically, the "a", "b", "c" and "d" is function of the "B(mT)" and "f(KHz) as well.
If there are three temperature curves has been offered by manufacturer at least, and it was all operating on different B(mT) and f(KHz), and then the functions of "a(B,f)", "b(B,f)", "c(B,f)" and "d(B,f)" can be found by the basic algebraic operation.
Now we can draw the particular temperature curve depends on any operating points of B(mT) and f(KHz). This boring issue is very suitable for CPU but not for the human. Why not let the smartphone takes over this kind of dirty jobs for you, saving your precious time and you ... just use it.

1. According to the suggestion of manufacturer, if for some reason you have to choose the ferrite material, that core loss are changed so much by temperature, it can be improved by reducing the working point of "Power Density". So the low operating curve of core loss with temperature has implemented by this new version. Of course, there is nothing we can do, if the manufacturer does not provide another temperature curve data.
3.4 2020-06-17
1. When choosing the ferrite core material for the high frequency transformer application, one of the important things is to reference the Core Loss V.S. Temperature curve, make sure it is run all temperature range in the negative ratio, to avoid the "Thermal Runaway" situation. Sometimes choosing the material with smaller changing rate will help the controller design easily for stability of system, because reducing the system disturbing.
So the core loss versus temperature curve was implemented for all materials in Rev.3.4.

2. Modify the UI color for the dark mode on iOS 13.
3.2 2020-05-04
1. The ferrite core materials of TOMITA (Japan) and TODA-ISU (Korea) are recommended by regular customers. There are twelve manufacturers of ferrite materials that have been supported by this version.
2. All new materials are $0.99 that only for the regular customers who has updated to Rev 3.2 in first two weeks from released.
3.1 2020-02-09
1. Addition two local providers for the ferrite core, one is TSC International Company in Illinois USA, the other is the company NEOSID in Berlin Germany.
2. Creating the new materials recommended section to help the high performance products become more popular in the market.
3.0 2020-01-03
1. For the better service, this product has rebuilt by "Swift 5.0". Happy to say goodbye to "Objective-C" and please move on with us thank you.
2. Redesign the User Interface, now you can compare the effect of different core size and materials, all you need is a page.
2.9 2015-12-12
1. The materials of famous manufacturer "Fair-Rite" type 77, 78, 79, 95, 97,98 has be supported in "Core Loss Analysis" IAP functions from this version, of course all IAP functions are non-consumable type, only need to be purchased once and will become your property.
