Transitions Community Care Solutions provides its Company Staff with a unique Member’s Application that offers you the most convenient way to update your availability, accept shifts, submit timesheets, update your preferences and communicate instantly with the company, anywhere, anytime.
• Push Notifications - receive immediate details of available shifts, shift confirmations, helpful shift notes, trainings & fun events.
• Availability - View &/or enter up to 2 weeks casual availability, including flexible options for high priority standby, double shifts and all day off.
• My Shifts - accept or decline shifts assigned to you instantly within seconds without any phone calls! View your currently booked shifts, add shifts to your calendar, and receive GPS directions with detailed travel, entry and important facility information.
