The checkboxes in the loading/unloading passengers screen are now unselected by default so that your workflow when picking up and dropping off passengers matches your preferred workflow. •We're enhancing the communication options you have with riders! Once you are within 200 meters of the rider's pickup location and cannot see the rider, you'll be able to send a message to the rider to let them know that you are at their pickup point. Marking a rider as a no-show will trigger a message letting the rider know that you could not find them and had to cancel their ride.
•We've added a new mode for viewing your next stop action, 'Next Stop' mode. By default, you'll still be in 'Turn-by-Turn' mode, but can toggle to 'Next Stop' mode at any time.
