Introducing the new "Rain-Mode" : When you create/restart a game, you can get raining conditions, making the whole arena slippery.

Also included is the new "Boost" feature allowing you to boost the overall performance of your car by 20% for 24 hours.

A UI rework has also been done to better fit smaller devices.

Several bug fixes and arena tuning.
