-Fixed a multiplayer bug where cards would stay on screen when autoplayed

UPDATE: Single player is broken in version 1.3. I've pushed a hotfix to Apple and I'm waiting for them to approve it. Sorry everyone!
NOTICE: If your game crashes after upgrading to 4.3.3, try to delete the app and reinstall it once more.

- iPhone 4 Retina Display support
- Single player save games
- Much better looking online room list
- Room restrictions (password, rank)
- New effects
- Force play implemented in online games for players that idle too long
- Options to disable card highlighting and online nickname
Bug Fixes:
- Certain cards incorrectly overlapped over others
- Cards didn't show when first sitting down in an online game
- Made the scoresheet on iPad bigger and more visible
- Chat fixes
