About Trikona

Trikona is the Sanskrit word for triangle. The Trikona app will help you create balance across four aspects of your life. The four aspects are emotional, spiritual, physical and mental. These four life aspects are traditionally associated with the four elements, the four triangle symbols, and the four colors.

Red fire is associated with feelings, relationships and passions. Blue water is associated with music, culture and inner peace. Green earth is associated with body, fitness, food and fertility. Yellow air is associated with learning, knowledge and intellect. We all need a healthy balance.
