This app allows you to walk all around a virtual horse as you practice administering a TPR (temperature, pulse, respiration) exam, part of a larger set of measurements that make up a complete wellness exam. After taking each measurement you will learn what each of these can tell you about your horse’s well-being and how to care for them.

This app was developed to enhance equine education at North Carolina State University and involved a collaboration between the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS), the College of Veterinary Medicine, NC State Extension, and NC State’s Digital Education and Learning Technology Applications (DELTA).
