Who is True Media Group? We are Gay owned and operated, and are a
Certified LGBTQ Business via the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of
Commerce (NGLCC), with over 31 Chambers World Wide and over 160 National
Fortune 500 Supplier Members, NGLCC brings the Business Comunity to support
our Community.
What is the Mission? It is to inform, to uplift and to educate the LGBTQ
population on the issues that affect our community and to engage the
community in a positive manner to get results.
What is our Commitment to the Community? We have reconfirmed our
Commitment to the #onetruevoice to the LGBTQ Community and Allies, by
providing News, Information, Music and Advanced Business Directory.
About the Owner of TrueFM Online/True Media Group, Mr. Davis grew up in
Eastern Ohio, he came to Columbus in 1992 to do work at a Project at
Franklin Park and fell in love with the city, Mr. Davis is very community
focused, he has served on mutiple Non Profit Boards over the years, Mr.
Davis currently is the Business at Large Commissioner/Zoning Chair for the
South-side Area Commission for the City of Columbus, Ohio, his focus has
been on those agency's that support the youth of the Community,
Kaleidoscope Youth Center one of the charities dear to his heart. He also
helped Co-Launch the Diversity Chamber of Central Ohio, the first LGBTQ
Chamber of Commerce.
How do we deliver our message? Via our Robust Web Portal at
www.truefmonline.com that gives updated information that is also linked to
major social media applications, We also have Studio 3A and 3B which are
Live Audio Studio for Podcast Recordings and a Live Audio feed on
TrueFMOnline. Studio 3A is Audio only while Studio 3B is both Audio and
Video and is a Link up Studio for most of the Major National Networks. Our
Studio's are located at 175 On The Park, just one block south of Ohio's
Capital.
In February 2017, we acquired the assets of Quorum Columbus and we are
re-branding online as TrueQ Magazine launching with articles and blogs.
Giving Back to the Community that gives to them, most Companies including
those in the LGBTQ Market Place, always seem to want to take but not give,
We have committed 10 percent of our sales to LGBTQ Non Profits, by doing
this we are building and strengthening the lives of those in our Community.
