Added a "suggested dealer" indicator to the scoresheet. Instead of the normal '-', indicating a blank score for each player for a new round, a 'd' will be displayed for the suggested dealer. The suggestion is based on the first player dealing first, the second player second, and so on. Some messaging has been added, as well as numerals over the avatars seated at the table on the player selection screen to help remind you to add players in the order you'd like to deal, if you want to make use of this feature. If you don't... please just ignore the 'd' and deal in whatever order makes you happy!

Added the ability to delete players you don't want around any more by swiping left (and confirming) on the Player List / Start Game screen. Rest assured, they will not be deleted from in-progress or completed games. However, if you would like them gone completely, you can delete the games they're associated with (also by swiping left and confirming) in the Game History screen.

Changed the look and feel of the choose players screen:
• Chosen players will no longer disappear from the list, but will show a checkmark in the new leftmost box.
• You can either tap a player who is checked in the list, or tap on them on the table below (as you could before) to remove them from the table.
• New players are automatically added to the table, so long as you aren't already at max players for the chosen game. Edited players are not.
• You can't edit a player that is seated, but you can tap to remove them, edit them, then re-add them if you need to.
Revamped ad integration.
Fixed a bug that was hiding the Fill Zeros/Next Round button if you left the scoresheet and came back, forcing you to have to edit a score to get the button back.
