Hello explorers! We're happy to let you know that we have updated Alto's Odyssey. This update introduces a handful of UI improvements and minor UI bug fixes that ought to make your journey through the endless desert a smoother one. Catch you on the other side of the dunes!

Alto's Odyssey has been updated to improve your gameplay experience, including a number of changes, such as;

• A fix for iOS 12.5.5 devices, which was previously causing a crash on launch.
• Improved ProMotion support for iPhone 12, 13 Pro/Pro Max and iPad Pro devices.
• Fixes for various broken Brazilian Portuguese translations.
• General usability and performance improvements.

Thank you to all the players that updated to version 1.0.9 recently. This patch addresses an input issue introduced during the previous update that could periodically cause players to enter Zen Mode from the title screen unintentionally.

Hello Adventurers! We've updated Alto's Odyssey to introduce a number of quality of life improvements and to better support a number of recently released devices, including:

• Improved ProMotion support for iPhone 12, 13 Pro/Pro Max and iPad Pro devices.
• Native resolution support for 2021 iPad Mini.
• Fixes for gamepad binding issues, particularly with Nimbus and Nimbus plus controllers.
• General usability and performance improvements.

Hello Adventurers! With the release of iOS 14 we’re bringing a few improvements to Alto’s Odyssey to make your journey through the endless desert a smooth one. This update includes:
• A fix for a visual issue introduced with iOS 14 - this consisted of the characters and the environment looking a little blocky / distorted the further through the desert you travelled.
• A fix for crashes caused by various Bluetooth audio devices.

This update shares Game Center Leaderboards and Achievements with the macOS version of Alto's Odyssey.

– Fixed a critical bug that would cause the game to freeze during longer runs
– Added ProMotion (120hz) support for iPad Pros (must be enabled in the in-game settings menu. Disclaimer: enabling may affect battery life)
– Various other bug fixes and improvements

We've updated Alto's Odyssey to continue to work great on the latest versions of iOS and the newest devices.

To make your time exploring the endless desert a little more pleasant, we've taken care of a few lingering issues. This update should fix:

• Game Center Achievements. Distance and goal-based achievements weren't properly registering for players who had completed them. They should be now! This includes retroactive credit for achievements earned.

• Goal 1, Level 53. The logic for this goal wrongly requiring players to be wearing the wingsuit, but the goal text didn't mention that. We've removed that requirement.

• Trick point issues. In order to bring more balance to earning a high score, we've prevented the Wall Jump trick from triggering more than once on the same wall surface.

Our heartfelt thanks for all the warm words & great feedback on Alto's Odyssey! This update addresses many of the major issues we've heard from you about. They are:

• As part of update 1.0.2, we accidentally changed a setting that caused performance on iPad Pro devices with ProMotion to take a hit. We've rectified this, and gameplay should once again be smooth!

• Many optimizations to improve play quality and frame rate. Especially on iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 & 6S, iPad Air models, and Apple TV.
• Important tutorial bug fix during backflip instruction stage. No longer causes issues if you crash during this step.
• Goal Fixes. Text, translation, and logic changes to address a small number of goals that were not working as intended. In particular, Level 27 and Level 59.
• Extensive localization & language fixes. In particular, French translation errors and a full Russian language pass.
• Game Centre achievement fixes. Game Center achievements that weren't registering for trick and distance will now update! "The Ultimate Challenge" works properly across reset games.
• Sound and Music volume sliders no longer revert to 100% volume after use.
• Fixed issue that caused text to sometimes be the wrong colour (too dark or bright). This includes the colour of goal stars.
• Re-enable character level counter on goal completion screen.
• Score events no longer submitting during Zen Mode. No more sunset & sunrise popups as you play Zen!
• 3D Touch button unavailable for use prior to unlocking the wingsuit. This is to prevent player frustration experienced by accidentally turning this on!
• Fixed issue where wingsuitting through a tornado caused odd gravity issues.
• A few fun surprises!

• Fixed issue where wingsuitting through a tornado caused odd gravity issues.
