Say Hello to CloudCherry! CX On Voice delivers technology to enable Customer Experience Management (CEM) customers make quick, on the go decisions about how their Customer Experience (CX) program is doing—almost instantly.
Your questions are contextually answered with respect to your organization’s configurations and can be accessed at any level, from front-line staff right up to the CEO, making complex insights accessible naturally over voice to everyone.
With Press to Talk (PTT), CX On Voice is built for your efficiency and privacy. Simply hold down the PTT button and start asking your question.
Here are a few questions to get going:
• Get started by saying "Hello CloudCherry" or "Login to my Account"
• Find your Key Metrics by saying "Calculate NPS"
• Get to know your customer comments by saying "What are our customers saying?"
• Even find results from advanced analytics such as path & predictive with "Tell me something I don't know about my business"
• Explore more ideas on the app that you can ask over voice
Note: You will need an existing login with CloudCherry CEM Platform to access the app. Ask for one from your organization/CX Program manager if you don't have one.
