This update contains some small bug-fixes.

This small update fixes a UI bug in dark mode, where text in the search bar was invisible.

* filters out duplicate commands in rare situations
* fixes the alignment of the "Copied to pasteboard" message
* adds a section to thank contributors to the GitHub repo

Minor update to support a future change in the main "tldr-pages" project.

You may now tap on command examples to copy the example to the pasteboard.

(And then you can paste it on your Mac, if you have handoff enabled on both devices!)

* fixes the "refreshing" spinner, so it spins while the man-pages are being refreshed
* adds explicit support for "Windows" platform. (It was previously just working by chance)
* searching is now completely cancelled if you press the Cancel button
* adds some (anonymous) analytics so I can see which features people are finding useful

Fixes an issue where tl;dr pages cannot be downloaded.

* Adds a "See also" section to commands which refer to other commands
* See "sftp" and "zsh" for examples of how it works
* You can tap the related command to show its tl;dr page

• you can now favourite your most frequently-used commands, and access them quickly
• favourites will be synchronised using iCloud if you use multiple devices
• other minor changes

- added 3D Touch shortcuts for the most recently-viewed commands (supported devices only)
- minor bugfixes

- improved formatting and style of the tldr pages
- upgraded to Swift 3!
- pull requests still welcome ;-)

You can now search for tl;dr content using iOS Spotlight search!
