關於本會：

彰化縣公務人員協會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社團法人。以保障會員權益，維護公務員專業尊嚴與專業自主權並協助解決各項公務問題為宗旨。本會並經彰化縣政府96年7月11日以彰府人一字第0960139374號函同意立案成為全國第一個地方公務人員協會。彰化縣公務機關有95個（縣府、警察、消防、稅捐、文化、環保、衛生、地政、戶政、鄉鎮市公所、代表會等）；國中小學215所，公務人員計有7923人（教師除外），目前加入彰化縣公務人員協會已有1650人（陸續加入中）。
本會第1、2屆理事長黃隆傳先生，前任彰化縣政府參議（已退休）、第2屆理事長由杜國忠先生接任，現任彰化縣政府參議、常務理事兼總幹事徐煊賓先生，現任彰化縣員林鎮公所人事主任，常務理事黃榮烈先生，現代彰化縣大村鄉公所人事主任，副總幹事陳瑞霞女士現任彰化縣政府秘書。
