Introducing Hangouts!
Hangouts are the new and improved version of pins, here are some of the highlights:
- Do your plans ever change? No problem - with hangouts you can now edit the title, location, and time whenever your want.
- Not exactly sure what you and your friends want to do yet? No worries, create a hangout with a general area (like "New York" or "SoHo") and a general time (like "This Weekend"), and then figure the exact plan out with your friends on the hangout.
- Open Hangouts - for all those times when "more the merrier" couldn't be truer. Create an open hangout, so the rest of your friends can join. They won't be notified of the event (so don't worry about spam), but if they open the app, they'll see the hangout on the map and in the feed.
- Colors! Find the perfect background color to set the mood for your hangout.
- Having a more private event? As the hangout creator, you can deselect "Friends can invite friends" to prevent your invited friends from sharing the hangout to more people.
