About UCB Wireless Quality Reporter

Tell CU Boulder how you feel about the performance of UCB Wireless Wi-Fi. The good, the bad, and the ugly!

When you share your thoughts by using this mobile app, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at CU Boulder will also receive technical data associated with your device. This information includes which Wi-Fi access point you are connected to, the Wi-Fi signal strength, and your physical location. In addition to choosing from a predefined scale, you have the option for freeform text to describe your experience.

Because of this app, OIT will be able to make informed decisions regarding improvement efforts of campus Wi-Fi based on user opinions. Thank you CU Boulder students, faculty, and staff!

Please note, this app is not designed for opening specific troubleshooting cases. Ultimately, this information gives OIT at CU Boulder the data needed to make complex decisions required to continually improve UCB Wireless.
