Here you can find reviews with a low rating, dive into complaints or suggestions, and monitor suspicious activity in UDS.
Data is displayed for the current day — so you are always aware of the mood of your customer base.

Make refunds directly from your smartphone!
A small, but such an important update — a detailed page of the transaction.
There you will find everything you need: cashier, bill amount, deducted and accumulated points, as well as service rating.
From the transaction page, you can go to the customer’s page, make a refund or even delete this transaction.

Get ready to see important numbers here and now.

Now all the statistics are at hand: totals for today and detailed for any period — for customers and transactions.

The main indicators are updated daily and are already waiting for you on the main screen. If you want in-depth analytics, go to the “Statistics” section and set up the filters as you wish. The "Customers" and "Transactions" lists also acquired filters.

And as a bonus for updating, there are new indicators on the customer card.

Another feature from UDS Business Web is already in the mobile version!
Events from the "Security and Suspicious Activity" section can be moderated directly from your mobile device!
The system will notify you with a push notification if a customer makes too many purchases per day (perhaps some cunning employee of your company is hiding behind it).

In previous updates, we taught our application to create news posts and send push notifications, and now it can attach items from the price list to news posts.

Such a small detail, but so much use! You no longer need to take a laptop with you everywhere to post news with an attached item.

Customers do not have to look for the mentioned item in your price list and they can make a purchase literally without closing the news post;)

Small but such important changes. Now you can go from the chat to the customer’s profile and immediately view all the required information: from gender and age to orders. This will make it much easier and quicker to delve into the subject matter of the conversation.

When the “customer search” phrase takes on a slightly different meaning. Check this out! We've added a customer search by name. Just do not forget that some customers indicate their names in Latin characters;)

And if you want to clarify order details, you can now call the customer without quitting the app, just tap on the phone number and the call will be made automatically.

The app now speaks Czech and Italian!

Assign tags to customers directly in the app, segment the customer base as you wish!
