The main feature of this update is Caller ID for your clients. If you have their contact information saved properly in CRM and enable the feature, their name will appear for you on screen when they call you.

If you don't have phone numbers saved with the country code, make sure to enable automatic country code feature as otherwise, clients won't be recognized.

New redesigned "Clients" screen, with quick summary, search and suspended clients.

Create new leads & company clients.
