Two weeks ago we asked you what you liked and found frustrating about the Urban app. The good news? We’ve already got a release to fix a few of those things you mentioned.
First things first, it sounds simple, but we added a much-needed back button to make it easier to change your mind (or your treatment, therapist, time) when you’re booking.
Next, we know convenience is key when it comes to busy city lives, so we’ve added the ability to shift the time of your massage up to 2 hours before your treatment. The usual cancellation and change policy applies though, so our advice is ditch the meeting and have the massage.
We’ve fixed a bug that made couple’s bookings a bit tricky, cleared up some confusion with the calendar and have made it so your filters save even when you close the app.
