1. Stripe Update: In order to conform to the new European Union regulations regarding online payments, we have introduced Strong Card Authentication for our paying fleets. This reduces extremely the chance of getting payments refused when topping up.

What's New in This Version
• New Urban Connect logo and screens:
• UC is not anymore only about e-bikes. Soon there will be e-scooters and e-cars under our platform. Thus, a new image was necessary!

• For the Pay-as-you-go users, the access to pricing information is now clearer in the landing screen

• Lock check feature
• We have implemented a Bluetooth check to make sure that the bike is locked before you can end the booking, which reduces the possibility of security incidents
• If you would like to have a guest at our platform and you were quickly ending bookings, you can always call us or write us an email!
• No more ghost bookings!
• Many of you have probably noticed that some bookings disappear in the app sometimes when you have a very long booking
• We have implemented a double check to recover these lost bookings, so this issue shouldn’t bother you anymore
• Customer Support button
• All contact details of our Customer Support team are available at the (i) menu by clicking the “Contact us / Customer Support” button, including hotline hours, email address and telephone
• Textbox for Other problems
• When reporting “other” maintenance issues in the app at the end of the booking, now you have a textbox where you can share more info
• This will heavily help our Operations Team to give the fastest and best answer to the problem
• Possibility of accessing locations of other fleets
• It is possible to get access to fleets of other companies, always after the acceptance of the mobility managers of the other fleet
• If it will be handy for you to get access to other fleets (for example at Roche Basel or Grenzach) please let us know so we propose it!
• Confirmation of getting charges
• Did it happen before to you that you clicked by accident a paying bike and you paid for nothing?
• Now there is a confirmation button together with the helmet reminder, so you don’t incur in unnecessary expenses
