Also new to the app is an early release of weekly programs. Choose from thoughtfully curated programs that feature workouts across cardio, strength, cycling, meditation, and yoga. Variis automates your schedule with personalized recommendations that balance active days with recovery days. This balance encourages you to adopt a “no days off” mentality, safely, while maximizing your results.

And if you want to design your own schedule—you can do that, too. It’s simple: Pencil in a favorite class, something new, or even your own non-app activity on your calendar. If you change your mind, no problem—rescheduling workouts is just as simple.

And now, there are more ways than ever to join Variis. Those who purchase the SoulCycle at-home bike receive access to the Variis app with their at-home bike membership. All U.S. Equinox members get access to Variis, complimentary with their Equinox membership. Or, you can join Variis by downloading the app and creating a new account!

You will be charged as a recurring transaction through your iTunes account starting at the end of your free trial (unless you cancel during the free trial). Payment automatically renews unless you cancel your subscription at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription month. You can manage your subscription or cancel anytime by accessing your iTunes account.
