臺北市政府消防局為強化119受理救災救護服務，提升為民服務效能，建置「視訊119」，讓民眾在臺北市遇有報案需求時，可即時使用。
本項服務可將報案定位點資訊與現場影像傳送至臺北市政府消防局119受理席螢幕，提供民眾報案時與派遣員視訊對談，派遣員並可視報案現場實際需求，會切換報案人手機之視訊前後鏡頭及撥放CPR影片，以利掌握報案者及現場資訊，迅速派遣人車進行救援。
※程式使用GPS定位、網路及視訊鏡頭，此功能較為耗電。

Allows caller to send share their location with the 119 dispatcher base on their cellphones GPS, the caller will be able to live video call the dispatcher to show them a live feed of the incident that is happening and the app will also be able to display the video of how to properly do CPR and with the location being shown by GPS and having a live video showing what the incident is currently like, the dispatcher will be able to send proper reinforcement.
