If you have received an invitation to begin a Video Verify session, first download and install the free ECS Video Verify from the Apple App Store. Tapping the URL contained in the invitation will open the App and connect you to the video session. Use your camera to display the desired information. The insurance representative can capture and record the video stream as well as capture, annotate and store high-resolution snapshots. ECS Video Verify eliminates travel costs by providing a quick and easy way to verify repairs, supplemental damage.
