Vietmap Motrak là một ứng dụng về bản đồ được sử dụng trên thiết bị di động và để có thể hoạt động, ứng dụng sau khi được tải về điện thoại di động sẽ được kết nối với một thiết bị định vị được gắn trên xe, từ đây vị trí của xe sẽ được cập nhật liên tục sau mỗi 30 giây, đồng thời người dùng có thể điều khiển hoạt động của xe như: tắt máy, mở máy, xem lịch sử di chuyển,... cùng một số tính năng khác
