About Vilio
Vilio is a service that specializes in ticket management for real-estate developers and their tenants.
Creating service requests as a tenant has never been easier. Our application allows for a transparent, simplistic experience that allows them to track their request every step of the way. Communication is key, and Vilio allows for ticket-by-ticket chat between the tenant and the manager, creating an open dialogue and a better understanding throughout the service process.
Developers and management are able to use Vilio's sophisticated property management and ticketing system to create tickets, properties, units and invite people to the system, allowing for a fully digital property management solution. Managers may also generate detailed reports, and track labour hours for each and every ticket.
