All you want to do is check messages or share a post and bang, an hour of your precious time disappears into that endless and addictive feed. It's called brain hacking (seriously).
Those days are over!
Village is now Village Social. And now you're in control of how you share and receive digital content.

Besides the fresh new look in the app store, we've also crammed in lots of new features. We've made Village even more welcoming by adding image blocking and content alerts for your benefit. If the platform detects an explicit image it is blocked before it is even sent, so you never receive it. Content alerts build on that, by screening for inappropriate language and notifying parents if enabled. As a kid, you will be notified if your parent turns this setting on. Happy chatting from your friends at Village.

It's now easier than ever to grow your Village by importing contacts from your device. Simply visit the add Villager icon and click import contacts. You're always in control of your data and invites are only sent to the people you select.
