The VK Health platform will help you learn more about your body and start developing good habits. And your friends can help! Ask them for support, compete, share your achievements and reach your goals together. The platform can encourage you to quit smoking, remind you to take your medicine and give you tips on how to relieve stress through breathing exercises.
More features and expert advice will be gradually added to VK Health. For example, you’ll soon have access to a leaderboard displaying the number of steps you and your friends have taken, with steps counted through synchronization with Apple Health. Go out and see who can walk the most!
